“ Stopped this afternoon to place order. Store did not seem as busy, which was a good thing. Order was quick. Chicken breast was large and good , red beans and rice was good. Only complaint was how much Popeyes had increased prices. But that isnt the employees fault. This was a takeaway order. ”
“ The night I came it had been raining all day and it was supposed to freeze that night so most businesses were closed early. But because Popeyes was still open they had so much business the line was almost to the road. Despite that the food was great and the service was not terrible. Like every time I go to a Popeyes, for example, they left items out and I had to dodge cars in the drive in line in the rain to go in and get them. But I appreciated that they were open and serving and obviously working hard. ”

“ The food was great! But what I most appreciated was the exceptional customer service delivered by the on duty manager, Ms. Camilla. I came through the drive thru and I ordered an extra sauce. Sadly, it was not put in my bag even though I was charged for it. When I arrived at my hotel ready to dive into my blackened ranch sauce something I had never heard of but very excited to experience I was left empty. Ready to get a lot of indifference and dont you have more important things to do do type of attitude, I was pleasantly shocked when Ms. Camilla was surprisingly empathetic and wholeheartedly understanding of my plight. She offered a polite and sincere apology. She took responsibility for the error even though it was small. She said, maam that was your 32, not ours to just take. I mean I never. My head almost popped off. Where was this young lady trained because she got it!!! If Popeyes is ever looking for a trainer, shes the young lady for the job. Oh, and her customer service just made the food taste better. I will definitely be going back a couple of times before I leave to return home. If you live or are coming through Conyers, visit the Popeyes on 138 for the best customer service and great food. ”
